"Fly Board") for awarding the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center with the 2024 Community Service Award. We are incredibly grateful and humbled that the efforts of our 83 stockkeeping staff, seven managers and scientist, and six principal investigators have been recognized as contributing to "the depth and diversity of efforts supporting" the fly community. Solar Eclipse April 8th! Monday, March 11, 2024 Bloomington is in the path of totality for the solar eclipse on April 8 (!!). In anticipation of a large influx of visitors on campus, Indiana University has requested that all non-essential activities scheduled for April 8 be postponed.
